Aims and Objectives
BGC’s mission is to provide opportunities for all to enjoy the benefits in health, wellbeing and personal confidence that gymnastics has to offer, in a safe, friendly and fun environment.
The aims and objectives of the club will be:

To offer coaching and recreational opportunities in gymnastics

To promote the club within the local community and gymnastics community

To safeguard and ensure a duty of care to all members of the club

To provide all its services in a way that is open and fair to everyone

To manage all facilities at which BGC operate in support of the aims and objectives of the above

To ensure all Health and Safety regulations are met at all facilities at which BGC operate.

The Club is committed to ensuring that equity is incorporated across all aspects of its development. In doing so it acknowledges and adopts the following Sport England definition of sports equity:
