MEMBERSHIP AND FEES

Taster sessions & waiting lists

We offer a taster session which allows the children to sample one class without parents/guardians having to commit to a full month's fees.

The Club Administrator allocates a trial space and will email you out all the relevant information. Payment is required when you attend the date and time scheduled for the taster. â€‹

If the child would like to continue after the taster session, we ask that the remainder of the taster month is paid in full by card or cash, at reception when you arrive for your child's class the following week.

 

During the first week we ask that you login to your LoveAdmin account via clicking on the link within your email 'Register your details and set up your direct debit'. The monthly payments are requested on the 25th of each month, we ask that once you have set up, you keep your pre-authorisation switched on.

 

After your taster session if you feel that your child is not ready, thats okay we can place them back on the waiting list and try again.

 

Any payment which is requested by LoveAdmin will send you an email headed 'Calculator - (1hr) Standard fee'  or  'London & Zurich Payment Notification' with the amount and what it is for.

Class fees

All class fees are requested by direct debit which we be requested on the 25th of each month for the month ahead. When registering your child(ren) details on our LoveAdmin system, we ask that you fill out all the sections required and set up your direct debit including switching on your pre-authorisation, this gives us permission to request payment on the 25th of each month.

 

The monthly fee is calculated by taking the annual cost of weeks we run during the year (39 weeks multiplied by single session fee, divided by 11 months ) to give an average monthly fee. No payment will be collected during the month of August to ensure the correct annual fee is charged (any bank holidays which fall between the school term will be made up at the end of term, you will be notified of this via email, it is also included within our timetable). You are advised that if payment is not paid or the preauthorisation is switched off, then the member’s space may be forfeited.

We offer a sibling discount, which is applied to the family member with the lowest fees.

Other fees

British Gymnastics Annual Membership (includes insurance).

  • £18 per year for U5s, £25 per year for ages 5+. 

  • All BGC members MUST hold a valid British Gymnastics membership to participate in classes within our facility. 

  • Membership runs for a year on the joining date, there is an option to choose re-occurring payment.

Berkhamsted Gymnastics Club Annual Membership

  • £17.25 per year for all. (£2.25 per year for all BGC members of this cost goes to the ECGA Membership (Eastern Counties Gymnastics Association)

  • Membership runs from 1st January to 31st December, pro-rata depending on joining date and is requested by your LoveAdmin account a month after your start date.

One last thing - Gift Aid

As Berkhamsted Gymnastics Club is a registered Charity (Charity No. 267968), we are able to claim Gift Aid.

​

We kindly ask parents to fill out the Gift Aid form upon joining BGC, as this allows us to claim the Gift Aid. This is at no extra cost to our members.
